Northern Arizona University was the host for the 2010 Southwest Institute for Learning with Technology. The Guru presented a well-received workshop titled "Winning Webinars" at the conference. The workshop discussed presentation skills for a mediated speech environment, tips for interacting with webinar participants, and other online training and education techniques.
